Transformer LoadIn 1939, Model Railroader ran a construction article for a depressed center flat car and the Allis-Chalmers Manufacturing Company transformer. A single photo showed the transformer strapped down on a CNW car. This photo and article was used to develop the transformer and the tie downs. This was designed for the B.T.S. S Scale Depressed Center Flat Car, but can be used on other cars or in a scene with a power house. The unpainted kits consists of high-quality, no-odor urethane castings, laser-cut wood for the bracing, brass wire, and signs. Easy assembly with ACC or epoxy.
