Greeley's PlaceGreeley's Place is typical of the backwoods cabin built to provide basic shelter. There was nothing fancy about Greeley, and there certainly wasn't anything fancy about his place. He built it back before the "war to end all wars" with rejects from the mill. Many a storm has been weathered here, and many a tall tale told on the porch. No one has seen Greeley for some time now; it is rumored that he has taken up with a "city woman" down in the flatlands. Being as Greeley was older than dirt even back in the old days, chances are he won't ever be returning to his place. It is up for grabs and you can own it! This kit consists of laser-cut basswood and plywood, individual battens, tar-paper roofing, and in addition, the battens can be left off to create a plain board cabin. The tabbed construction provides for easy assembly. The footprint is about 16' x 18'. O scale version shown; minor details vary between scales.
