PRR P54 Passenger CoachSome of the first steel passenger cars on the Pennsylvania Railroad were the P54 series. The designation came from the 54 feet between the vestibule walls. Overall length of the cars was only 64 feet. In later years, many were sold off to other roads including the N&W, Erie, PRSL, and others. Our model is a flat kit to be built from urethane parts. The underbody detail is included as are positionable vestibule doors. Individual, laser-cut wood window sashes can be positioned open or closed. Sharp rivet detail is featured on the thin-wall castings. In addition, both the combine PB54 and the baggage-mail BM54 will be coming! All are limited edition kits. Undecorated kits are less trucks and couplers. The correct, and very unusual, PRR trucks are being made in brass to compliment this kit.
